It's like mom and the kid listen to the same music/station.

There was a difference years (decades) ago between Top40 and Pop-Adult, as it was called then.

Too, radio is so splintered.

Is over the air TV watching down? My guess is yes.
Again, more fragmentation.

It was interesting going into the Bruce Crossing, MI Dollar General of late. They had some HD-3 station on streaming from Kansas, or as she said, "I think it's I Heart Milwaukee."
I asked as the local radio is bad here.
