There is a Subway restaurant near Chicago which I stop into about twice a month.

For the past five years, no matter what is played on WSHE 100.3, it's always on in that restaurant.

The music is horrible and I'm surprised kids as well as older folks have not changed the station.

If the legendary WLUP-FM 97.9/The Loop were still a rock station today, what would they sound like?

Does anyone remember the period when The Loop was nearly anti-rock? They became rather tame with the focus on artists such as Fleetwood Mac, Boston, Foreigner, Doobie Brothers, etc. What was the reasoning behind this?
