Terrestrial radio will appeal to the less affluent that can't afford broadband. At some point you will see ethnic radio appear on Class C signals. Religious already has started that trend. If the Feds never decide to open up the band under 88Mhz, you will see a lot of "simulcasting" of AM Band spoken word and formats that can be on the Hard drive or the "bird" and then you will see the AM band going dark.
