Maybe in some cases, but not in this one. This is some local guy who has his ass tied in a knot because he isn't being allowed to call the shots and force his ideas and way of thinking on a not for profit organization, and it's owner.
It's unbelievable that anyone, especially a local resident would interfere and deliberately try to cause grief and aggravation for a local business owner and a not for profit organization that is only trying to do something nice for the people of this city. (FREE OF CHARGE).
