Ranting on here may not help my cause, it may not, but it sure drives my point home. Apparently it strikes a chord with other like minded people as well.
Since you agree with this Union Brother's behavior, does that mean you will be out posting signs and working the crowd with your handbills too Mr. Chris?
Does your friend, the Mayor of Pontoon Beach belong to the AFofM (American Federation of Musicians) union? How about all the members of The Vault? Do you attend any of their music events? If so, you do inquire about their union memberships or ask to see their union cards?
Do you ever patronize Doit's Village Inn? Do they only hire Unionized musicians? How about other places of entertainment and venues. Are all musicians at Veterans Park in the union, or the party at the beach line up?
Certainly you can see how this union issue can easily go too far. Some things are simply nobody's business, especially if they aren't the one picking up the tab!
