Mr Chris that may be. From what I understand though they wanted control of the program. We went to one event and that night the lead “singer” was a foul mouthed ass clown that apparently thought he was playing at a biker bar. No room for that in a park music program but hey he did have two very large women excited. Lol.
This year the merchants are simply taking over the program and as a private group they have no obligation to hire union bands and an informational picket at such an event will only make them look bad.
