poor ole elroy, im not changing my position at all. I have clearly stated that the five year olds version of the truth may well be legit, and ive also said that before I would crucify the teacher, id like to at least hear her side of the story. Something tells me she would say something altogether different. If this same incident as described on here happened to my favorite Niece I must admit, id want to confront the teacher, but at the same time if my Aunt was a teacher and getting smeared on here or somewhere else without an opportunity to answer back id be equally as ticked off. We have courtrooms for that, even if those can be zoos also. That has pretty much been my angle from the start. Just because one person comes here and dresses down a teacher on the word of a five year old, thats a little bit weak IMO. Its a separate argument altogether as to whether what this teacher supposedly did is going to ruin the kids life or not. As long as he isnt exposed by some adult to relive it a thousand times he will be fine. A juice box and a cookie can work miracles with a five year old. I dont think this is the best forum to try this case myself, but maybe im alone on that way of thinking.
