If it does (fail), the Board will be forced to make severe cuts. This will probably include loss of extra curricular including band, sports and theater. They will be forced to put thirty plus kids in an elementary class and lay off all staff not absolutely necessary to make things work. I would also look for another building to close.
is it fair to put it on the backs of Greenwald and his admin staff? If they each gave back ten thousand dollars, assuming there are thirty of them, that would be $300K. That's a great deal of money but those people do have to live in town so a vote to increase taxes also hits them in the wallet. Awwww
