I agree you are certainly entitled to your opinion HC. In fact, I actually have agreed with several of your statements. You're just not being realistic is all. You actually think that if the teachers had a strike others would come in and take their jobs? If so, you know nothing of worker rights in this state. You may be able to break the custodial union but no way in hell will you break the teachers. And you do make a point. I do gripe about Obama and have not run for President. (yet) That being said, a no vote will validate that most people believe the town is dying and not worth investing in any longer. Congratulations on that. Let me know what the families that move here from Venice, Madison and ESL are willing to pay for your home. Mine's paid for. The most I'll lose is what I paid for it. A strike in this town tore it apart the last two times. It took years to get rid of the hard feelings. In fact, I lost two teacher friends over it because I supported the board openly. If they walk, eventually an arbitrator will settle the issue and federal arbitrators very rarely go against unions sir.
