I went to Soulard this morning and got a three pound boneless leg of lamb for $25.00. For me, Easter (when the weather is nice) is a day to slow roast lamb on the grill, stuffed with garlic, rolled in sea salt, crushed peppercorns, and rosemary, tied up and brushed with olive oil and lemon juice...meanwhile turning over dirt in the gardens and drinking beer. All this after church of course! Happy Easter ya'll
