My mom used to cook leg of lamb for Easter when I was a kid, mint jelly served with it. I can't remember what it tasted like...haven't had it since then, never really wanted it. She also had a cake mold of a lamb and would bake a cake and cover it with white icing and shredded coconut...lol.
