I'm with ya, Charlie...my sentiments exactly. The reason we have what we have today in food industry is hands down greed. Cheaper way to produce it using genetic engineering to plump everything up (ever have farm raised chicken? Tastes different) and not be worried how workers with low wages treat them. I have compassion for creatures and won't watch those revealing videos. I wish I could go vegan but it's nearly impossible for me. Maybe I could do without burgers...but not bacon, sausage and ham and a good steak once in a while. Many times I feel guilty for contributing to the system but what's a person to do?
