The worse part of all of this is, the manager or the person WE, THE CITY are paying to run the theater is supposedly an experienced professional, having managed other theaters.
Maybe he has never heard of leading by example.
I agree with whoever wrote if this isn't nipped in the bud customers will take notice and go elsewhere, eventually all employees will parrot this man's attitude and we will be back to square one.
I hope the mayor is reading this and takes the necessary steps to let this man know this theater is CITY OWNED, not a private enterprise held by some absentee owner three states away, and we, as citizens have a voice.
