I too am confused. But the least you could do is send an employee to the front of the theaters to call last call for popcorn. You would even increase your sales from those who wish to maybe take a snack home and help empty out that popcorn bin. I do have to say you have awesome employees. The place has always been clean and they make us feel welcome. With that said whom ever was the rude manager on duty needs to understand that they are in charge of morale for not just the employees but also the patrons. I like to feel like this is my theater, that our family has a vested interest in this theaters successes.
