I am sorry for your experience. I am Travis, though I didn't speak with you on Friday night. You likely spoke with my manager. The concession stand closes 45 minutes after the start of the last show. This is done to allow enough time to clean the stand and the building. We're trying to watch our payroll. We can't have one policy for busier nights and change them for slower weeknights.
I think overall, we've done a pretty good job. The theater has been very well received. The few problems or complaints usually are due to cell phones or talking among our younger patrons. The facility is very nice. I hope of patrons will help us keep it nice. We will continue to respond to your needs and issues as they arise.
