I have written extensively on the subject. Not that I'm taking credit for the idea nor that it's mine.
From your own independent thinking you have arrived at the same conclusion, some of these layers of government could be eliminated.
My idea had Venice in there too. People don't like the idea in the here and now.
But none of my idea has anything to do with the here and now. For those that can think beyond it - there is a lot of potential with getting all these ducks in a row.
Good thinking Catching, and how could it not be good thinking?
But Catching, I am afraid that visionaries will be just that. It will never happen here, and it's too bad that such a forward thinking approach has to remain just an idea.
