I tend to shy away from nursing journals after my short stent in NP school. In addition, although there are some good articles published in the American Journal of Chinese Medicine, mainstream medicine tends to look at articles on acupuncture published in neutral, peer reviewed journals with more credence.
The AANA is not a neutral organization by any stretch of the imagination. And before you whine about the AMA or ASA, there are plenty of other neutral, peer reviewed journals out there.
Link some research and we'll go over it together. I'll drink a cup of coffee by the fire, you'll drink pigs blood or whatever CRNA's do, and we'll come to some consensus. It'll be fun.
