You are hopelessly uninformed. The ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists)is the entity behind the recent resurrection of the long failed AA experiment. The AAAA is simply an ASA shell. The ASA calls ALL the shots regarding the doctors assistants (AAs). How they work, where they work, and everything else regarding AAs rests solely on buying state votes with ASA PAC money.
