The money trail is key to understanding the A$As long failed, recently resurrected AA experiment. Creating a provider (AA)that is totally dependent on, and clinically completely useless without an anesthesiologist, guarantees a billing opportunity for your future MDA masters EVERY time an AA provides assistance. This is the sole reason for the A$A support of the doctors assistant. Follow the money.
