Your have a simplistic veiw of a situation you admit knowing nothing about. I am constantly amazed at the number of people who know so much about so little regarding the politics and economics of anesthesia delivery in this country. The AA is an A$A tool used to controll the flow of revenue into the pockets of it's members. That revenue is the only reason that the A$A supports the puppet on a string doctors assistant.
