Ok, I'm A CRNA have have been working in the atlanta area for ten years. So for DD and all of you other fellow crna's who keep up the arguement of AA's not being competetant let me, someone who has the same degree and training you do, let you in on the truth. The AA's are just as good as you are, some better than others just like in our profession. I have many friends here in georgia who are amazing anesthetist. Just because the AANA wants to fight the ASA about practice rights doesn't mean that we should not tell the facts about this new profession. If you have never worked with or even met an AA, then you have no right to talk about how they are as a professional no matter what you think your god given rights are!
