Are the injectors solenoid type? if so and you are still not 100% sure that the injectors are being controlled correctly you could crank the engine then disconnect all injectors and regulators so the system holds pressure, then while monitoring the pressure apply very quick pulses to an injector and see if the pressure drops, attach leak off pipes when you do this.
