He just had a woman on who was going through legitimate post partum depression and psychosis, who, despite being super young (21 at the time of her 3rd child’s birth), had the sense enough to ask her family to take her children. She said her maternal instinct for the safety of her kids outweighed any shame of admitting her thoughts about harming them.

I’m not sure how it all went down, but she actually gave up custody of her kids (which seems crazy as one would generally think that she would get better and then be able to have them back rather than giving them up forever). But at least her kids are alive and she takes immense comfort in that compared to the alternative.

And this woman (I believe based on her testimony) had legit voices that intensified and stayed with her until she finally got the right help.
