but my guess is that for most people, theres a presumption of insanity if you kill innocent kids. but that presumption can be overcome in my mind if you made attempts to conceal your crime or evade responsibility (ie actions that evidence an understanding of right vs wrong). not sure where her facts fit in. I respect the jury process and I appreciate that this jury has heard far, far more testimony than I have or ever will. But from what I have heard, I cannot fathom how they reached their conclusions.
