all the electronic stuff recovered only proves she was suicidal. and the sending him out so she could kill them is iffy also because she had spent a lot of time already in the couple of days trying to find meds for the daughter that she sent him out to get.
if i was a juror i’d probably fight for murder under the logic that yes she was crazy and wanted to commit suicide but taking the kids with her was out of selfishness not psychosis. i suspect the voice she heard was made up nonsense. she wanted to commit suicide so bad but for whatever reason did not want the kids to survive her.

She may have looked up corotid artery in the context of killing herself, which does also indicate some semblance of a plan for her own death, definitely. I do not think it’s true about the suffocation search.
Don’t get me wrong, I think should have been found guilty, but I don’t think that obvious planning of the children’s deaths was presented at the trial
