No,it actually isn't. In many matches he was given no chances. Have you ever seen fondop have more than 2 chances in any game? Only at Wembley did he miss 2.
Yet he finished the season with 10 goals more than anyone else. You left out his good ability in the air, unless you missed all his headed goals last season?

No, he doesn't have the football brain to time his runs well to get behind defences. He's not a forward and certainly not a finisher.
Fondop obviously has limited ability because he's a lower league player, but while he's playing well and is a team player, keep getting the ball to him.
When he starts blowing chances and his form drops, then move him on.
