I'm not gong to be the first to air the specifics but it's happened before with managers and the whole story comes out much later. If you read biographies then all sorts happen to cause a manager to unravel - losing the dressing room, avoiding decisions, avoiding people, trying to please everyone, indecision, changing tactics but not having the players and so on.

I saw a clip about Mark Warburton the other day. One of hs teams got beaten badly using Plan A. After the game there were murmurings in the dressing room about no Plan B. Warburton said - we just need to get plan A right and no one will live with us. Great policy if it works but fatal if it doesn't.
