He did change tactics this season which caused confusion in the players. He tried possession and playing out from the back but we didn't have the player to do it.
We then reverted to high press, intensity and playing longer for a few games and then switched to a mixtures of both styles. The latter was very dull at home and suicidal away. Playing two up top away leading to 11 defeats in a row was baffling and cost us - even a couple of draws would have kept us up.
