Totally agree that he was found want tactically. The rumours probably need to be ignored unless someone from the club confirms them.

I've no gripe with him but his stubborness last season severely cost us. Constantly playing 3-5-2 away from home in a thirteen match run of defeats was suicidal. One point from those games would have kept us up.

He did the same in the first three games of the Prem season with the expected outcome but it least he changed it up after that.

I do wonder if he is just your typical egocentric manager who thinks only he is right and everyone else is stupid. It will be interesting to see how he develops at Boro as he does have some decent qualities.
