Some more fun trap stuff: "It is the perfect balance of Smith guns that makes them point where you want them to point with the least possible effort on the part of the shooter." Shooters using LC guns won the GAH in 02', 06', 11', 19', 20', 27', 28', 33', and 35'. Bart Lewis had the high average in 1922 and won the Grand American Doubles in 1926. The top three high average on doubles in 1927 were shot with L.C. Smith guns; by Frank Troeh, Mark Arie, and Sam Jenny. Frank Troeh won the Double GAH in 27' and 28'. Using a Smith SBT, A.J. Stauber set the world's record in 1931 with 1087 straight clay targets. He also held the high average on 16-yard targets, A.T.A., in 1926, 1927, 1928, and 1932. The first five high average shooters in the ATA in 1933 also used Smith SBTs. C. Waggoner had the ATA 16 yard high average in 1934. This is kinda nice-Hunter Arms made 2 Premier SBT guns, and it cost $748 in 1936
