Frank Troeh shot a Specialty Grade during his most active years. He went to a Winchester Model 12 in the 40's. The Troeh's had a business in Oregon and were large L. C. Smith sellers/distributors. In the Brophy book a completed "C" frame gun went to Troeh's Sporting goods. Frank's brother (?) Ernie shot a Crown Grade which I have. I also have the Crown Grade gun that C. W. Olney won the first Dayton Grand Doubles and HAA title in 1925 ( it letters as being on consignment to him for that summer). I have some pics that I can post if someone can tell me how. Mark Arie shot a Marlin pump for most of his career. He and Frank Troeh are arguably the best trapshooters ever, and both were original inductees into the Trapshooting Hall of Fame.
