Not OH related, but I was at sea in the Baltic once and before we left port in the morning I had forgotten to take my seasickness tablets. Until my later 20s I never needed them but by my mid-30s they were a necessity. Anyway I was on the flying bridge (those who know, know) and it was bumpy but not outrageous but I was getting ill. I asked the boss if I could go below and try and sleep it off and he said fine.

Went down to my cabin and after going in had the urge to hurl. Was never going to make the heads and my boots were off so I threw up in one of them, then got into bed and fell asleep.

Anyway, wake up a while later after a pipe goes through the ship and get my rig on, and obviously you know what happens next.

Boot goes on, squelch. I thought fuck it, we are going into harbour and I am on the flying bridge, no-one will smell it, and styled it out.

They didn't smell it. I grassed myself up though to much hilarity.
