Amazed that Teachers aren’t properly paid for what they do and respected more

It’s probably the most important role in society, yet it’s not valued anywhere near as such.

I know it’s a popular profession to get in to and supply and demand and all that, it really should be the best of the best that do it and should be targeted to do it.
