There must be reasonable suspicion of a crime in order to detain you, merely asking if you are being suspected of a crime does not under the law constitute refusal to id nor does it constitute a lawfully permitted reason to detain someone for refusing to id. You can't seem to grasp the concept that people don't have to id just because police ask for it. That is not how the law works, and since you refuse to research the law and go of what you think you know, you're credibility in the matter is zilch.
