If you wish to pursue this matter, may I suggest that all correspondence be electronic. Make another request to the public body you are seeking information .. you are not required to use a specific form. As you probably know they have 5 business days to respond to your request or ask for an extension listing the statutory reasons for the extension request. If within the time restraints, you have not received compliance - submit a request for review from the public access counselor with the office of the Attorney General. You need a current binding opinion. I was a State registered FOIA officer.
