Damn Stephen, you said more in one post than i heard from 2 local meetings in 2016. Thats a lot better than ugh, "ask the other guy," or "its going to cost too much." Some problems are so complex they just can not be completely solved, just maybe this isnt one of those after all. I think the area mayors will be on board, they would rather the flooding situation improve and avoid the wrath of the residents. People can be unreasonable when they are in the midst of losing everything.
