That's called tampering with evidence and it will be thrown out of court if it gets there. you heard it here first.
His lawyers, especially in a trial by jury, would be able to place reasonable doubt in the minds of the jury.
Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, this accuser has already admitted forging part of the yearbook that has been entered into evidence. Are we to believe that she would stop there in her quest to take down my client? Is it not reprehensible that in a time when women have been sexually assaulted by some men that this woman makes false accusations about a noted individual such as Mr. Moore?
