IF the charges against Moore are proven, he should face prosecution and definitely be ousted if elected. However, no matter how serious the crime, you're innocent until proven guilty in this country.
Franken always played the holier than thou senator so his chickens have come home to roost. He admitted what he did and he resigned. Two different scenarios.
In all probability, Moore is guilty but that will be up to an ethics panel to determine as well as the voters of Alabama.
