Watching the Cubs win was almost as amazing as watching that Maddow dude and the tingly legged guy try to keep from boo hooing on election night. When the Cubs reached out to Bartman and gave him a World Series ring, that was a wonderful moment in baseball history. Perhaps not as significant as Old Harry Caray getting ran over on KingsHighway for fooling around with the team owners wife, but still very memorable. I bet thats how the Cardinal way got its start. I wouldnt worry much about the Brew Crew, they are a flawed team just like the one they are playing, just in a different way. It should be a nice time though watching these two teams battle it out for second place in the central.Neither team will be stressed out because they arent going anywhere. Being an Orioles fan isnt all that much fun, especially under the current owner but i still remember the game earlier this season when they used Waino for batting practice. I have never switched teams since i was 5 years old, but some days i find myself wanting to jump the Orioles ship and becoming a Bombers fan. Say hi to those awesome Packers fans for me.. Go Pack Go.
