In any workplace you are going to have people who think they have been wronged at some point. That doesnt green light the supervisor and his staff to try to run rough shod over the Highway Dept. at every opportunity. IMO thats the main reason the village ran one of their people for the supervisors job, they saw a big opportunity. Kreyer is simply keeping quiet and watching everyone else go at it, for the most part. I dont know if thats a winning strategy, but it makes sense to me. Im not so sure how easy it will be to sing songs, hold hands and all get along after what has transpired Nick. Maybe that angle should have been tried before now.
