What the hell are you talking about? LOL. I told you that Ed and his council annexed property all the way up to Hartford. Keep up. The $1 building was reality and curious if you are one who was included as it sounds like it.
Yes it was. Ed never denied buying it. I wish I had been in on it. Might have been a good investment and I could have parked my boat there. Oh and that was before his first being elected and yet he was elected three times. In other words, nobody cares about old news.
