Good solid answers! I do agree somewhat with Clancy. I find no fault in a capable and competent person filling a job "suggested" by their uncle or father etc.. as long as the application process was evenly applied. Therein lies the rub as they say. I will say that as noble as it is, rooting out nepotism in GC is near impossible, as long as it is widely practiced all across Madison county.
