No it is not a destination for that class, I agree. The previous mayors are just to blame as it is the long standing history of the good ole boy system which ED is a big part. He would have been a bum if not living off that system and his uncles name. You defend him without any fact that he sits by and does nothing. You are a family or friend of his and the attitude you have is why there will be no change. Yo could make things better to attract some middle class if you developed the right. But since the mayor is low class and you apparently are, you just want to keep it the slums where you look good being a higher class hoosier. If you are not upset over the lack of the care ED has for your health by cutting a deal with mill after EPA cited them, then enjoy emphysema and cancer with him!
