I agree with you on the DARE. True education on drinking and driving and drugs needs to be done. None of this PC crap. You get a person in there to show them the aftermath and have young people come in and talk about there bad experience. Bring in young prisoners from jail and let them tell the teens without filtering it what its like in jail! Also have real sex education! Again no PC crap and nothing filtered. The holy rollers block all this. Teens are going to have sex, we are mammals its normal, but you truly educate them on birth control and Safe sex. We have become way to PC and the moral holy rollers need to shut up sit in the back and let these kids here it truthfully on all issues!
Coming back from the ashes is subjective. Certain elements are better but others are worse. So overall I do not think its better and real estate is still on the decline in town. Need total overhaul at City Hall to get things on the write track. Get rid of the Good ole boys!
