Yes but very few and can you name where it is. Godfrey does not have section 8! But really it does not matter if they do or do not, its the quantity GC has and the fact our so called mayor is proud to have it and adds to it. His hoosier mentality is to blame. He thinks anything is better then nothing, which is so trivially naive and poor thinking for a city official.
