We already made the rich richer...so now that it hasn't helped the economy, where do we go?

I get kind of tired of this but let's look at the facts:
The Top 10 % in America control 38.5% of the wealth in this Country ( citation Mother Jones (a Hippy Liberal Magazine) just so you won't argue). But in Contrast they pay 70% of all the taxes (federal).In contrast the bottom 47% control 17.5% of the wealth and yet pay no income tax at all! In addition The bottom 24 % not only pay no taxes at all but, since the inception of the earned income credit they actually get a paycheck from the IRS. Which means that the bottom 24% actually are getting 70% of their "refund" from the top 10%. So my questions are: If you received a refund this year that was more than you paid in why are you not grateful? Would you prefer we went to a fair tax (or flat tax) where everyone pays 10% no matter what their income level and no EIC or loopholes?
