Rape is not normal and natural under God's precepts, just as homosexuality is not. Just as infedelity is not, as fatherless families are not, as being a continual nagging wife is not.
Can we see why an all knowing God would say these things are not good for us?
Please explain to me how you are looking at their best interest by condoning harmful behavior.
Rape in Africa does not only happen to the adult women it is happening to the children also. God would never condone this devastating behavior - only men would, which is why it is still happening right now. To argue that man is essentially good is to look at the scale of this issue in Africa and see the depravity of man when left to himself to make the rules.
Tell me why you think you are any different from the African male, if you are male? Why do you judge the depravity of their actions as though you could not possibly do the same? What keeps you from committing rape yourself and if you were an African male - how do you know you wouldn't be doing the same? Tell me by what precept do you judge actions as moral or immoral? If rape is natural, as you say, why then do you act as if it is ludicrous for someone to partake in "natural behaviors"?
I truthfully do not expect you to see things the way I do. And I don't care if you disagree with me from the standpoint of when I am judged in the end I will be standing before an Holy God - not you. The only reason I care and attempt to explain my viewpoint, in any way, is to share the truth, I know, for those who will see it.
