I have lost over 30lbs by just eating the same thing all the time...CHicken and Veggie 5 times a day..But I have not exercised at all...Well I do walk alot on weekends...So if I start to excercise I should be able to tone up what little I have left to do...
Just Me..I am going to try what you said when I get back from my float trip because I know I will be back on my diet and heavy exercise...
I was actually suppose to exercise 30 minutes each day with my diet but I am a much better dieter than I am an exerciser...lol
