Seems like i've noticed alot more people have been working out this year. Including me and boy, do i feel more energised and better about myself.
Before, i didn't realy care about loosing weight. I was happy with myself, until i kept gaining and i couldn't find clothes in my past sizes.
I started out awhile back, stretching then dancing to music as i cleaned my house. As the weather was getting nicer, We would walk the dog more and still take lots of bike rides.
I noticed with this hot weather i wouldn't want to eat as much, then my stomach started shrieking and i would only eat one cheeseburger rather than 2-3. Shame to say i ate alot. I use to drink 3-6 12oz. soda's a day, i cut back to 1-2 a day if that.
The reason why i am talking about this, is because i never thought I would ever loose weight, but if i can loose 28lbs and still going anyone can do it, if they work hard enough. If i can loose 20-30 more pounds,i'd be back to my size 8. My goal is to loose 2-5 lbs a week give or take.
Does anyone else have a weight loss story to share? You never know, it could change someone else's life.
