Thanks Redsnake. I am loosing in my booty and legs because of bike riding. I feel the burn as i ride. Try bike riding to help with your legs, jdg. The part i really need to loose is My belly/gut. I have lost every where else including clevage! lol With having 3 c-cections, it is so frustrating when you are trying to work on a certain area. Does anyone have any certain exercises that help with the stomach? I have tried sit ups, but they only seem to work the top stomach area (ribcage) right there i can start to see my 2 pack coming back
